We’re Ali and Jeremiah Nolby—your new neighbors behind the counter at Pizza Palace Wellington.

We’ve called Wellington home for over 22 years, raising our two kids through Rice Elementary and Wellington Middle–High School. Our oldest just graduated last spring, and now we’re thrilled to be working right here in the town we love.

For the past 12 years, we ran a breakfast and lunch diner in downtown Loveland. Now, we’re bringing that same passion for scratch-made food and friendly service to Pizza Palace. From hand-tossed dough to fresh-baked bread, everything we serve is made with care—and a little family pride.

We’re homebodies at heart who love game nights and good pizza. Owning Pizza Palace is more than a business—it’s a dream come true. We’re excited to carry on its legacy and serve Wellington for many years to come.
